Name: Brad Rossacci
What do you do at 900lbs?
Director of Innovation: I get to think… a lot. And apply disruptive-doer-style thinking to the opportunities and challenges our customers bring into our hyper-creative environment. My work is concentrated on design at the neurotransmitter level and learning the defined environment so well that we effectively evolve the solutions we custom design for our clients to achieve what we call optimal outcome.
What do you do for fun?
I am a total nerd. I love to read a lot; work on Human Innovation Science; engage perspectivism to ideate thought around the world’s most unsolvable opportunities + challenges over whiskey inspired brainstorming; discover the organic intimacy of our breathtaking planet; experience new trails to run and frequent my more favorite routes; experience Instagram worthy food + drink; + just get deep into any experience that motivates the mind to erupt with excitement.
If you didn’t grow up in Dallas, where?
Dickinson, TX [a small Texas town with a whole lot of country, summer beach days, and a hint of city lights].
Oh man, I love great storytellers….the ones who can say the same thing to a 5 year old and a 95 year old and create a creative connection with hyper-diverse audiences. A few favorites have to be Birdy, Drake, Garth Brooks and Dr. Seuss [even though Dr. Seuss isn’t exactly a singer, a song plays in my mind every time I read his books :-].
Where do you hang out in your free time?
Any place that believes in creating Instagram worthy food + drink.
If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Favorite 900lbs project you’ve worked on so far?
Really every project is my favorite because every design is exciting and dynamic. What I love about our projects is that we get to collaborate with our clients to identify opportunities and challenges and then activate hyper-creativity, emerging technologies, and science to design solutions that activate an exponential ripple and evolve the human experience.
